Alyssa ended up staying at Stellus for the next three days.
She barely slept as she wanted to craft the perfect emerald bracelet, the exact replica of the one
Newton had given her. If she got tired, she’d nap in the workshop. Once she woke up, she’d take a
few bites of food before continuing work.
The other men worked their respective jobs during the day. They turned down all business and
social invitations just to have dinner with their sister at night.
Jonah and his brothers prepared a fancy dinner that night. It consisted of Alyssa’s favorite dishes.
Still, she played with her food moodily while propping her cheek with a hand.
The men were anxious about Alyssa’s current state. But they didn’t know how to help her out.

“Ms. Alyssa.” Alyssa snapped out of her thoughts before turning to look at Don wearily.

Alyssa frowned in confusion as she opened the box.
She covered her mouth in shock the next moment. She could only stare at the clear crystal
bracelet. It looked beautiful and radiant.
There were minor differences between this bracelet and the one Newton had given her. Still, it
resembled the original bracelet.
“My master was the one who crafted this bracelet. It has to be one of his greatest works in life. He
originally wanted to give it to Madam as a gift, but he was unable to do so in the end.”
Don heaved a heavy sigh as he spoke.
“Madam? I thought Mr. Fowler was single!” Silas pointed out curiously while chewing on some.

Jonah, Silah, and Alyssa turned around to glare at their brother. Axel stopped speaking instantly
before taking another sip from his glass awkwardly
Alyssa felt quite bitter inside.
Even a man as emotionless as Herman could fall in love without realizing it. Even though Alyssa
and Jasper were married for three years, he never loved her. Not even once.
Did he ever regret his actions now that she wanted to divorce him?
