Cora felt wronged.

On the other side, Byron, who had entered the conference room, found himself couldn’t focus on what the employees
were reporting.
His mind was occupied by the image of Cora with tears in her eyes, begging him.
“Mr. Hansen?”
Just then, Carter called him.
It turned out that an employee had finished reporting for a long time and was waiting for Byron’s approval, but he was immersed in his own world.
