Eleanor eventually tracked Orlando down. When she reported it to me, I was taken aback.
The place that Orlando went to every day was called Golden Mansion. It was an upscale newly developed residential area.
Suddenly, I remembered the key which couldn’t unlock any door. Maybe it belonged to one of those villas in Golden Mansion. The truth was hard for me to digest.
All these years, I scrimped and saved. I asked Oswald to buy a bigger house near the school to provide Joy with a better living environment and education, but he shrugged it off and refused it every time. Now, he bought a small villa in Golden Mansion.
What Oswald had done completely changed my mind about how low an adulterer could be. He wasn’t st* pid. He was just an animal.
