When Juliana went to the classroom, she suddenly stumbled and instantly fell down the stairs.
Her head was bleeding from the fall, and she crashed into a trash can in the corner of the staircase.
Inside the trash can, there was dirty garbage and broken glass, which instantly cut Juliana’s delicate skin.
A warm–hearted student immediately brought her to the infirmary.
Juliana bumped her forehead several times on the steps and felt dizzy.
Seeing that Juliana was seriously injured, the doctor was also worried that she had a concussion. He immediately called the emergency number and asked the school administration to inform her family.
When the ambulance arrived at school, Jonathan, who happened to work near Quilton University, also came.
He rushed into the infirmary. Looking at Juliana, who was covered with injuries, Jonathan was in distress. “Julia, don’t be afraid. I’ll accompany you to the hospital.”
Juliana was dizzy. There were bandages all over her body, and tears ran down her face.
Seeing that Jonathan was worried and blocked the medical staff, the doctor hurriedly said, “Mr. Yancey, Ms. Yancey fell down the stairs. She may have had a concussion, and her leg was cut by glass. She lost too much blood and needed stitches. Let the medical staff send her to the hospital immediately.”
Jonathan returned to his senses and instantly stepped aside.
When he left the infirmary, he saw Cecilia enjoying the scene among the crowd.

Recalling that the doctor mentioned Juliana had lost too much blood, Jonathan subconsciously ordered, “Cecilia, come here!”
Cecilia looked at Jonathan like he was an idiot.
“When you go to the hospital, get a brain CT scan and see if there’s something wrong with your head.” After saying that, she turned around and left.
Only then did Jonathan remember that Cecilia had left the Yancey family and would not care about Juliana anymore.
He glared at Cecilia’s back before driving to follow the ambulance.
After the sirens of the ambulance faded away, the onlookers also dispersed.
Suddenly, someone said, “Cecilia is a Yancey and knows Mr. Yancey. Is she one of the Yancey family?”
The question got approval from many people.
“I also think so. But why haven’t I ever heard that Cecilia is from the Yancey family?”

“But Cecilia’s attitude is so strange. She scolded Mr. Yancey directly. Does the family member of the collateral branch have the courage to do that?”
Everyone was talking about it but was unable to figure it out.
Cecilia, who left, called Philip. “If nothing goes wrong, Juliana will be at the hospital soon. Find a chance to convince the Yancey family to go through a physical examination on her and expose her from pretending to be ill.”
Philip was momentarily stunned and said worriedly, “Professor Yancey, don’t take risks anymore. It’s enough to start
investigating Juliana’s medical records.”

“It’s not me. It was an accident.”
Cecilia did intend to hurt Juliana and force her to go to the hospital.
However, she did not have the chance to do it.
She was sure it was not an accident when Juliana fell down the stairs. It was proved by the broken glass in the trash can.
Philip was relieved. “Professor Yancey, are you coming to the hospital?”
He figured out the relationship between Cecilia and the Yancey family through Juliana’s medical records.
Thinking of a genius in the medical field like Cecilia had become Juliana’s blood bank and almost drained her blood, Philip felt angry and heartbroken.
“I’m not going. Just tell me the result afterward.”
Cecilia knew very well that even if she exposed Juliana from pretending to be ill, the latter could coax the foolish Yancey family.
Thus, the show would not be very interesting.
“Okay, I’ll go back to work,” said Philip.
After hanging up the phone, Cecilia immediately checked the surveillance footage of the academic building, but there was nothing abnormal.
The glass was accidentally broken by the janitor and thrown into the trash can.

apology,” said the boy.
Cecilia looked at him coldly. “Since you know you’re trouble, stay away from me.”
The boy was Devon. The previous day, Cecilia was tricked by a hopeless romantic girl because of Devon.
Devon had chased a lot of girls. He knew he had to be shameless and keep pestering when pursuing a cold and elegant beauty.
Moreover, he was really interested in Cecilia.
Holding out the flowers again, Devon flicked his hair.
“Cecilia, I promise no more girls will come to trouble you. Give me a chance. Let me make it up for you, okay?”
Cecilia was not interested in watching Devon and directly bypassed him.
Devon’s voice came from behind. “Cecilia, I like you. I won’t give up!”
The loud confession caused a lot of people to cheer.
Cecilia glanced at them coldly. Everyone immediately shut up, pretended to be busy, and walked away.
Everyone was dissatisfied with Cecilia snatching Juliana’s opportunities. At that moment, they had a worse impression of
her.
They thought she was too arrogant.

At that moment, Juliana had been sent to Quilton Central Hospital.
Sophia arrived at the hospital first and arranged everything.
As soon as Juliana arrived, she was sent for a physical examination by the doctor and nurse who had already been waiting for her.
Worried and distressed, Sophia trotted with the moving bed in high heels.

Soon, Juliana was sent to one of the departments for an MRI. Jonathan parked his car and rushed upstairs.
Looking at the anxious Sophia, he comforted her, “Mom, Julia will be fine. Please sit and wait.”
Then, he brought up Cecilia. “Mom, I met Cecilia. She is completely different now.”
Sophia felt a headache when she heard it was about Cecilia.

openly snatch Julia’s opportunities? Jonathan, do you think Cecilia caused Julia’s injury?” asked Sophia suddenly.
Thinking that Cecilia was indifferent and had a hint of gloating, Jonathan thought it was possible.
“Mom, if Cecilia did it, I won’t let her go! Besides, Julia’s opportunities must not be snatched away by Cecilia. Let Jerry and Jay use their fans to pressure Yates Corporation.”
“Don’t worry. They’re already working on it.”
While they were talking, Juliana’s examination results came
out.
Besides the concussion, there were many abrasions on her body. Her arm was slightly fractured, and at least six stitches were needed for her leg, which was cut by glass.
Sophia almost fainted after hearing the doctor’s words.
Jonathan was calm and asked, “My sister has a blood disorder. If she loses too much blood, will it trigger the illness? She has a Rh–negative blood type. Does the hospital have any spare?” The doctor replied, “It depends on the actual situation to trigger her illness. As for the spare, you have to ask the attending doctor.”
Juliana was sent to the consultation room.
She looked at Kevin, the attending doctor, and ordered, “As usual, tell them my situation is worse than the actual. You’ll benefit from this.”
Looking at the miserable Juliana, Kevin was so frightened and gulped. He was afraid that he would be the next target.
He calmed down and said deliberately, “Ms. Yancey, you’ve been pretending to be ill for so long. It’s time to stop. Otherwise, you’ll be found out sooner or later.”
“It’s none of your business. Just do as I say.”
“But I’m scared. Professor Foster took your medical records.

He probably noticed something,” said Kevin.
Hearing that, Juliana immediately became emotional. “What did you say? Didn’t I tell you to hide my medical records?”
Kevin looked at Juliana innocently. “It was Mrs. Yancey who told me to do that. I had no choice.”
“Then why didn’t you inform me in advance?”
Kevin responded, “Mrs. Yancey said you were too busy to let Professor Foster treat your illness, so she asked me to give him the medical records. She was worried that Professor Foster couldn’t treat your illness and made you excited over nothing. So, she told me to keep it a secret from you. If Professor Foster is capable, Mrs. Yancey will tell you the good news in person and surprise you.”
Juliana was furious.
She did not want a surprise at all.
“Are you dumb? Don’t you know about my situation? If you had told me earlier, I would have figured it out. What should we do now?”
She was so emotional that she ripped apart the wound on her leg. Then, blood stained the gauze red.
Thinking of what Philip had told him before, Kevin directly stopped pretending. “It’s simple. I’ll tell the Yancey family about you faking the illness for a year.”

Juliana’s eyes widened. “How dare you!”
Kevin waved his phone. “I’ve recorded the conversation just now and give it to Mrs. Yancey later.”
“Are you crazy? Aren’t you afraid that I will tell your wife that you have an extramarital affair?” Juliana held that against Kevin to make the latter hide her condition.

Juliana had no strength to resist. She could only watch the transparent liquid in the needle injected into her body.
Lying on the hospital bed, she noticed her consciousness gradually faded and fell asleep.
Kevin was so nervous that his heart raced. When he stitched up Juliana’s wound, his hand shook and caused a few more
injuries.
He helped Juliana deal with the wounds and gave her a blood transfusion. Then, he sent a message to Philip and left the
room.
Sophia and Jonathan immediately walked forward and asked, “Dr. Fowler, how is Julia? Is her illness triggered?”
“Ms. Yancey is fine and doesn’t show any signs of getting triggered. But she was too emotional just now. I gave her a sedative. Now, she’s asleep.”
Sophia breathed a sigh of relief. “It’s good to hear that.”
As soon as she finished, the hospital broadcast rang out in the corridor. “Medical staff who have the honor to participate in Professor Foster’s medical records analysis, please go to the conference room immediately. The analysis will start in ten minutes.”
Hearing the news, Sophia instantly realized it was an excellent opportunity to treat Juliana.
She immediately phoned Philip. “Professor Foster, do you have time to treat my daughter? She’s in Central Hospital now. She was injured.”
After hesitating for a while, Philip said, “Mrs. Yancey, if you don’t mind letting Ms. Yancey be a living example of the case analysis, I can treat her now.”

“When is the next time you come here?” asked Sophia.

After ending the call, Philip told Cecilia the good news.
Then, he delayed the medical records analysis for an hour. Philip would first perform a detailed examination on Juliana, who was in a deep sleep.
